How to Effectively Detoxify Yourself within One Week Based On Your Blood Group

Detoxification Processes Based on Blood Group

DETOXIFICATION

Detoxification is a process by which the body gets rid of unwanted toxins that are acquired because of environmental pollutants or excessive consumption of junk, refined, and processed foods.

As a culture, we are very aware of our external cleanliness. We clean our teeth daily, we bathe and wash our hair daily or every other day and we like to look and smell clean because it makes us feel better. Similarly, I see detoxification as an internal cleansing.

We have become exposed to an increasing number of chemicals in our food supply, the air we breathe, and through many common items, we use daily including cosmetics and household cleaner.

The problem is that it’s often hard to know when our internal cleansing mechanisms are not functioning well.

Unlike other parts of our body, it is very hard to know how well our liver is working, and our liver is the main detoxification organ.

Apart from synthesizing and secreting bile, the liver acts as a filter for toxins and bacteria in the blood and chemically neutralizes toxins, converting them into substances that can be eliminated by the kidneys.

Although it is mostly ignored by our current medical system, the detoxification system is a key component of our body’s functioning.
Most of the molecules made by our bodies every day are for getting rid of waste products.

We need hundreds of enzymes, vitamins, and other molecules to help rid the body of unwanted waste products and chemicals. We need to manufacture these molecules to help take the good from what we ingest and get rid of the unwanted.

Although the bulk of the work is done by the liver and the intestinal tract, the kidneys, lungs, lymphatic system and skin are all involved in this complex detoxification system.

Detox often involve the use of laxatives, diuretics, vitamins, minerals and/or ‘cleansing foods,’” writes Hosen Kiat, Head of Cardiology at Macquarie University Hospital and the Australian School of Advanced Medicine, and Dr. Alice Klein from the Cardiac Health Institute, in a review about detoxification diets published in the Journal of Human Nutrition and Dietetics.

When we are toxic, the mechanism for detoxification in the liver gets sluggish, and certain toxins can remain active longer than we want or than our systems can handle,” says Mark Hyman, MD, in The Blood Sugar Solution 10-Day Detox Diet. “This makes us sick and impedes normal metabolism. It also causes fluid retention, bloat, and puffiness.”

However, to effectively detoxify your body, your weight should be known so as not to turn underweight as a result of detox processes.

Male

  • Average male weight is 70-75kg
  • Anything above this overweight
  • Anything below is underweight

Female

  • Average female weight is 60-65.
  • Anything above this is overweight
  • Anything below is underweight
